At Unique Health, You Don't Have To Worry

At Unique Health & Wellness, we believe that you should not be limited on when and how you use your package or auto-pay. However, we understand that life gets in the way and we can easily forget things. We want to make sure that you do not put your purchases to waste, therefore there is a two-year expiration date starting from the date of purchase.

If Unique Health terminates any services you have already purchased, feel secure in knowing that any remaining sessions you have will be reimbursed as long as it is within the two-year period. Also, any term commitments you have made will be severed before you are charged for them; all without affecting the discounted rate you have already used on the previous sessions. However, if services are terminated due to sexual harassment, all packages or autopays are forfeited and non-refundable.
